Seasonal Storage

“Keep your investment sheltered from the elements

in our enclosed storage facilities.”

The Wheat Land Communities’ Fairgrounds has space available to store boats, RV’s, campers, vehicles, etc.. November through March.

·         Applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis.

·         Rates are $1.00 per foot per month.

·         First month’s rent due with application. Storage must be paid in full before pick-up.

Basic Regulations:

·         Facilities are not heated, requiring boats, vehicles and RV’s to be winterized before storage

·         Fire regulations require the following:

·         Vehicles must have less than 1/4 tank of gas

·         Batteries must be disconnected before storage

·         Butane tanks must be removed before storage
